By downloading, installing, or using DevDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

DevDock is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of the MIT License, which is included in the source code repository.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

DevDock is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use DevDock, including any commands run through the integrated terminal, any databases you connect to, and any Docker containers you manage. DevDock is a powerful developer tool that has access to your local system; use it with caution.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the DevDock application or its website with or without notice.
